In most organizations the people who should have building access and the badges that actually open doors live in two disconnected worlds. HR, the student system, or the vendor portal knows who was hired, who moved and who left — but none of them open doors. The access control system opens doors — but only knows what somebody typed into it, by hand, at some point in the past.
The gap between them is filled with manual work and tickets, and that gap is where the risk lives: new hires and contractors wait days for a working badge, people who left keep their access, and nobody can cleanly answer "who has access to what, and how they got it"
What Sangam does
Sangam watches the authoritative sources for change, decides exactly what each person's physical access should be, and makes it so — creating, updating, enabling, disabling and expiring access automatically as people join, move and leave.
Product agnostic, on purpose
There is no adapter to wait for. If a system speaks one of four languages, Sangam can read it, write to it, or both — which is why your organization can grow and change systems without worrying about compatibility.

That increases speed and reduces field controller congestion; many access control platforms operate more efficiently with reduced memory and processor overhead
- Complete audit trail — every synchronization decision recorded: what changed, for whom, when and why, with card numbers masked to the last four digits
- Report on anything, report on everything — customizable columns, grouping and format; filterable to a site, a team, a door group or a date range; fully auditable; and scheduled so it arrives without anyone remembering to run it. Delivery targets include email, SMS, mass notification platforms, AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor, configured per deployment
Deployment and support
Sangam works on-premises or cloud hosted — on infrastructure you control, with your own SQL database. Identity data never has to leave your perimeter.
Rollout starts in shadow mode: every loop reads for real and records what it would write, with zero changes to your access platform, so you approve the behavior before a single door changes.
