Sangam — identity to access
One application combining every system into one easy to understand way to organize, deliver, parse and report. Sangam sits between the systems that know who someone is — HR, student information, directory, contractor vetting — and the platform that grants access, and keeps them in step in real time, without human intervention. Product agnostic by design: if a system speaks API, CSV, ODBC or LDAP, Sangam can read it, write to it, or both.
Security Expert Plus — the operations layer
Security Expert still decides. SX+ decides who may ask. An operations platform layered on Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Security Expert: a claim-gated operator console for cardholder lookup and door release, an alarm pipeline that fans out across five channel types, and an audit row on every refusal as well as every release. It enforces Security Expert's own permission model rather than replacing it, and every live command goes back through the vendor's own service under the signed-in operator's session — not a shared service account.
Mobile Credentials — the phone as the badge
The badge is already in their pocket. Two routes to the same outcome. HID Mobile Access through the HID Origo API, built into Security Expert Plus for visitor and cardholder credentials. KnightPass, our own platform, provisioning into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet through the WaveLynx Wallet API — four issuance workflows including a visitor pass with a configurable active window and bulk issuance from a CSV.
BAR — Badge Request Access
Employees request their own badge. Your badge office gets its day back. BAR is Badge Request Access, built for large estates with a badge office: employees request with single sign-on, approvals route themselves, and the office prints instead of chasing. A new hire signs in with the work account they already have and asks for the job rather than the access levels. BAR routes the approvals and chases them, sends the badge to the print shop that serves that site, and mails it with a tracking number. The card is created in your access control system switched off — so a badge in the post opens nothing until the person it belongs to scans the code that travelled with it and signs in.
Visitor Management — complete, from Knight Watch
Complete visitor management from Knight Watch, on the access control you already run. Invite, screen, badge — nothing to switch off after. The host sends one invitation from BAR. The visitor checks in at a kiosk that alerts the host and runs the NDA, safety video and badge photo in their own hands, and carries a pass on their phone — HID Mobile Access or KnightPass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — or a card from the site's pool. When the visit ends the pass stops working and the card goes back in the pool. The visitor experience is the same whatever access control you run; only the last step, writing the credential to a door, is per platform.
Gatekeeper — the access control web platform
One console for every door, alarm and camera — and the audit names the operator. Gatekeeper is Knight Watch's product-agnostic access control web platform, on the access control you already run. Alarms filtered by authorization with priority on top, live floor plans with Avigilon, Pelco and RTSP cameras, reports and exports that run in the background, web badge printing, object-level permissions with single sign-on, and a virtual attendant that releases a turnstile lane for the person who forgot their badge — with a written reason, under the operator's own name.
